Our Leaders

Meet Our Leaders in Zambia

Local people. Shared responsibility. A common calling.

What began with sharing food with four children who said they were hungry has grown into a ministry bringing together around 70 young Zambian professionals and volunteers, including doctors, nurses, pharmacists, lawyers, and accountants.

We seek to encourage Zambian leadership, shared responsibility, and service rooted in the community. Each person brings experience, relationships, and a story of why they serve. Together, we are learning how to listen well, care faithfully, and connect people with the support they need.

Local leadership means listening to communities, preparing volunteers, and making responsible decisions within each person's area of expertise. We want our Zambian partners to lead the work and strengthen the relationships that help them serve together.

How our team serves together

CORE Leadership Meeting

Team leaders coordinate plans, share responsibility, and follow through together.

Finance and legal teams also provide independent review and accountability.

Consistent ministry depends on people working together across outreach, preparation, communication, and administration. Clear responsibilities help us support one another and respond to changing needs in the community.

Our leadership team is growing. We are continuing to identify people who can help carry these responsibilities together.
